Working with Peggy for our reservations & during our stay could not have been easier. She is a delight to work with & responds quickly. We love The Shores & have stayed in Villa 17 before. It is comfortable, beautifully decorated & perfect for our needs. For long stays like ours, I loved having cleaning equipment available to me so that I could keep the Villa looking beautiful. The gated property is beautiful with a pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, grills & a lending library. Villa 17 has its own designated covered parking spot, a/c, ceiling fans, wifi, extremely comfortable beds & furnishings. The location of The Shores is perfect within the Waikoloa complex. I would definitely & have recommended this property. Body Glove whale watch out of Kona was beautiful, Tropics Ale House & Lava Lava Beach Club were both favorite restaurants. If you don't mind a bit of a drive up country, Merriman's for dinner or Cafe Il Mondo are both ones I would highly recommend. The Waikoloa area is perfect for runners, walkers, bicycles & general sightseeing walking along the King's trail at the ocean's edge. The sunsets from Villa 17's lanai were breathtaking! I can't wait to return!!

Open the front door to Villa 17 at The Shores & you instantly feel the luxury waiting for you. The furnishings are light & bright. The large screen TV in the living area is easy to operate. Mirrored walls add to the spacious feel in the living room & reflects the sunlight from morning to night. The full kitchen including the in-door ice & water in the frig was very helpful & much appreciated. Plenty of bake & cookware in the kitchen provided all that you need to make a complete meal. The little extras left by previous guests are always appreciated with spices & foil/saran wraps. This location is quiet & the view from the lanai breathtaking. Your personal parking space adds to the convenience. The location of this condo is within 1 mile of the King’s Shops & Queen’s Marketplace in Waikoloa. You are a 15 minute walk to the ocean & can catch a glimpse of it from the condo. Working with Peggy is always wonderful. She makes your experience so easy & is quick to respond to all inquiries. We LOVED Villa 17 & would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a relaxing & beautiful stay in the Waikoloa Beach area.

Enjoyed our recent 10-night stay at the Shores 017.The condo is conveniently located within the property and is especially quiet. The unit is large and has a open airy feel with a nice view of the golf course.We especially appreciated the wraparound lanai that is very private.The shared carport is also nice. Peggy as usual was attentive and easy to work with.We look forward to our next visit.
